The owner/manager is available for clients and can be seen at the desk on occassion. The entire staff is exceptionally courteous. Breakfast was served at exact time that it was ordered.

Lack of hot water in showers - but not really necessary when it is so hot in Delhi (plus, the water wasn't freezing so still ok to shower). There is a loud nightclub/restaurant adjacent to the property that could keep you awake if you are an early sleeper.

Hotel staff are pushing their traveling services too hard (they even call and show up in your room unexpectedly). Number and kinds of towels change on a daily basis, maid service quality is inconsistent .

Excellent location, and in a place were most of hotels have very poor service, the one at the Bright is excellent. All the people allways trying to help you. Rooms facilities are amazing. A 4 star quality for an excellent price. Best match in Connaugh Place.

At the beginning I was a little doubtful when I saw the building, but inside the hotel, it was very clean and nice, I got surprised by the quality of my room which was very comfortable, the people were also very kind and helpful.I recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city near restaurants, shops, and the metro station. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the breakfast, which is delivered to your room, had a nice selection and good quality. The staff was responsive and helpful, especially when we had an issue with our transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.

Hotel Bright is situated in the best possible site in New Delhi: Connaught Place. Everything is near! The room was very clean and nicely decorated - I felt immediately like home! Both pick up and drop off to the airport worked just as planned. Very good value for the price: if I ever come back to Delhi, I'll stay in hotel Bright.

Next to the hotel is a night club that plays music very hard every night 7-11 pm, so if you plan to sleep before 11 pm, it won't work. Breakfast is not much, and if you want something more - like an extra glass of juice - you have to pay.

Pretty clean and comfortable.

The electrics in my room were dodgy. I couldn't sleep because the tv socket was making a cracking, fizzing, sparking sound as if about to blow. When I asked reception about it, they kind of made it seem like it wasn't a problem. Dangerous I think! Also, all the bedding and cushions stinks of bad quality aftershave.

The location is perfect, as it is just off Connaught place and near a big metro station where you can go to most of the attractions. The staff is very helpful, they organized a transfer from the airport for me and were attentive to my needs during my stay. The hotel facilities were great, with a good WiFi connection and comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast was served nicely in my room every morning.
